Return Policy

1. Overview

At Holisticrinseon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from us may be returned or exchanged.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Danish consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 14 days prior to the return request

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name and order reference
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address within two business days.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same conditions as returns.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Digital Content

Free digital tools on our Website (circadian clock, sensory room, micro journal) are not subject to this return policy as they are provided at no charge.
